Pig’s Ear with crispy kale, pickled cherry peppers, and fried egg from @thepigchicago Ordered this the beets, Brussels sprouts, and pork shoulder - my favorite and the only dish I’d recommend are the beets! They are salt-roasted and served with whipped goat cheese and pistachio butter 😍. There was a huge line outside this place but I can definitely see why. This was the crispy pigs ear with crispy kale, fried egg and cherry peppers. I hope you all enjoyed the past few days with family and friends! We just added some new cocktails on the menu: the “Nicky6” and “Dramed if I Do”.
My take on a Greek sundae...Three flavors of ice cream (Greek coffee, chocolate-honey and Greek yogurt ), topped with oven dried figs, pomegranate sauce and finished with baklava that’s submerged in liquid nitrogen.
So that our team can enjoy the holiday with their family and friends, we will be closed tonight at 10:00pm and on Thanksgiving Day. We will reopen on Friday and resume normal business hours (breakfast 8-11am, lunch/dinner 11:30-12am ). Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving!
