This picture of the beautiful Marilyn Monroe is hung in the ladies room @raisethebarhealthandfitness and I absolutely loved it.... but it’s also made me do a little reading about her and I learned that she had her own style of eating “healthy” and “lifting”. I have to say that I kind of love that Marilyn finished her day with a hot fudge sundae but that’s about it.... After a day of eating raw eggs in warm milk, no lunch and broiled meat or liver with raw carrots, a 🍨must have tasted like heaven. Oh, and you should also take a look at Marilyn's exercise routine--she says she used 5lb weights until she got tired, because she "couldn't stand exercise if she had to feel regimented about it." Crazy huh? I couldn’t imagine 🤦🏻‍♀️ But hey it worked for her 💁🏻‍♀️ This obviously is not healthy!
