One of the many reasons I enjoy vegan food is that it forces you to expand your palette. It forces you to explore other cuisines, spices, ingredients and cooking styles that you may not have grown up with. Your reward is that you never get bored eating the same old way, there's always something new waiting to be discovered🌍🌎🌏 Dubu jorim 두부조림 is one such dish and I make this regularly! It's basically Korean spicy braised tofu (uses one of my all time pantry staples, gochuchang, a red chili paste that is good on everything😍 ). Lucky I have a Korean shop close by📍. I usually serve this with plain steamed rice and steamed broccoli... So spicy, but oh-so-good!🌶️🌶️🔥 . . . . . . #vegan #veganism #plantbased #veganlife #veganfortheanimals #veganforeverything #thefutureisvegan #govegan #vegansofig #veganfoodshare #whatveganseat #vegansofinstagram #veganfood #veganfoodporn #tofu #spicy #gochujang #korean #dubujorim #kenya #Nairobi #vegansofkenya #vegankenya
